    Dear family,

     

    We’re excited for the new school year. Our church would like to offer your child an exciting opportunity to learn too. On Wednesdays, beginning on October 2nd, we’re inviting your child to join the Go & Grow Crew at the Richwood Church of Christ. This program is for 2nd and 3rd grade students. Go & Grow Crew will be held October 2nd - December 18th and January 8th - March 19th. It will include: healthy snacks, math & language arts learning activities, and a Bible lesson. Bus transportation directly from school to the church is available or you can transport your child. We will start at 3:15 PM and end at 4:45 PM. A parent (or other designated adult) will be responsible to pick up their child at 4:45 PM at the church (entrance G).

     

    Please fill out the following permission form to sign up and return it to the school.

    The Gospel Project for Kids

    It’s more than a story—it’s good news!

    The Gospel Project is our Sunday morning weekly Bible study program that helps kids dive deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. The Gospel Project helps kids:

     

    focus on Jesus

    Kids see how the whole Bible points to Jesus and the gospel.

    connect the dots

    Chronological study plan unites the big story and themes of Scripture.

    interact & engage

    Fun extras like art, videos, music, and activities keep your kids engaged every week.

  • Sunday Morning Kids Programs

    Birth - 5th Grade

    @ 10:30 a.m.

    Kids classes are divided into several different age groups and classes so we can engage your child at his or her level.

    YOUNGER PRESCHOOL

    Potty Trained - 3 years old

    OLDER PRESCHOOL

    4 & 5 years old

    YOUNGER KIDS

    Kindergarten & 1st Grade

    2nd & 3rd Grade

    In addition to the children's classes offered on Sunday morning,

    we also provide a staffed nursery (birth -3yrs) during our 9:00 service as well as

    an unstaffed nursing room for mothers during both the 9:00 and 10:30 services.

  • Sunday Morning

    Additional Information & Pre-Registration

    When you and your child arrive at RCC on a Sunday morning you will want to park on the northside of the building and enter through door C. Upon entering the building, you will be greeted by an RCC member who will be happy to assist you in finding the children's wing. Should no one be at the door when you arrive, you can use the overhead directional signs or stop by the main Welcome Center for assistance.

     

    Safety is of utmost importance at RCC. As a first-time visitor you will need to stop at the children's ministry Welcome Desk to register your family/child. Your child will be given a name badge with a number that corresponds with a claims ticket given to you. You will need to hang onto this ticket and use it to check your child out of his/her classroom at the end of the hour.

     

    In addition to our checkout process, all volunteers working with children at RCC have been background checked and trained in safety procedures.
